SmallChangeHelps offers community impact consulting, micro-initiative development, and social responsibility programme design. Our work includes needs assessments, participatory planning, project facilitation, training, and monitoring. We do not guarantee specific funding outcomes, grant approvals, or measurable social returns within a fixed timeframe. All services are delivered on a reasonable-effort basis, tailored to the local context in South Africa.
You agree to provide accurate information about your organisation, community, or project scope. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions, consents, or regulatory approvals required for your initiative. You must not use our services for illegal activities, misrepresentation, or activities that harm individuals or communities. You will cooperate in good faith during consultations, workshops, and project implementation.
All materials we create—including reports, toolkits, training content, and project frameworks—remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use these materials for your internal community or organisational purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of our original work. Third-party resources shared during engagements are subject to their respective licences.
SmallChangeHelps is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data, project delays, or community disputes. Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We do not accept responsibility for outcomes resulting from incomplete information, changed circumstances, or actions taken by third parties.
Either party may terminate an engagement with seven days’ written notice. We may suspend or terminate services immediately if you breach these terms, engage in fraudulent or harmful conduct, or fail to cooperate. Upon termination, you must return or destroy any confidential materials provided by us. Pre-paid fees for uncompleted work will be refunded on a pro-rata basis, minus any costs already incurred.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on our site. The current version is dated 1 January 2025.
